The service is top class, with large croissants filled with Nutella that were a hit with my friend. She enjoyed a mocha with a dairy alternative, which was good. My espresso was good. My baguette was fresh and tasty. I looked around the strip centre off the block adjacent to H-Mart, a first choice in Spring Branch.

I recently visited Paris Baguette, and I have to say—the food was absolutely amazing! Every item I tried was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. From the pastries to the sandwiches, everything had a perfect balance of taste and texture. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff were helpful and polite. Whether you're stopping by for a quick coffee or a full lunch, it's a great spot to relax and enjoy quality food. Highly recommend for anyone who loves fresh baked goods and a cozy café vibe!

It is probably a great chain for many Americans because they read "French" or they hear Paris so they feel they going to have the privilege of buying a piece of France, but actually it does not look or taste like it. Very industrial baguettes, but who does real baguettes around, and to be honest, why would they, it is not US culture at the end. A fraisier with icing, no thank you. Where is the creme diplomate? Even the decor is weird, nothing goes together. That being said, it is very clean and people are nice. Why not doing Corean things, rather? It would have been much more interesting to me.

I visited this location to enjoy coffee and pastries with a friend in the afternoon. I originally wanted to order a latte, but was told their espresso machine was out of service, so we ordered two filter coffees and pastries instead. Unfortunately, the coffee was lukewarm, overly bitter, and had noticeable grounds settled at the bottom of the cup. When I brought this to the counter, the manager initially offered to remake the coffee. Since we had already spent time there and only one of us wanted another cup, I asked if one coffee could simply be refunded. An employee told us that only the manager could process the refund, so we waited. When it was finally time for us to leave, two other employees informed us that they do not replace or refund coffee for being cold or bitter. What was most disappointing was their attitude. Rather than listening to a customer concern professionally, they appeared to mock the situation and made me feel embarrassed for raising a legitimate issue. Another staff member eventually resolved the matter, but the experience had already left a very negative impression. This was not about the cost of a cup of coffee—it was about basic customer service and respect. I expect a well-known bakery chain like Paris Baguette to handle customer concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had at a bakery, and I will not be returning.
