DELICIOUS sourdough bread! I am addicted! I don’t live in the area (near Hendersons&Kane) but plan Wednesday bread pickups into my schedule because we have to have YeastCo’s bread on demand in our house! So we buy two loaves each week. We keep one out and one is sliced and stored in the freezer. When you put it in the toaster oven, it tastes as if it just came out fresh from the oven!! It’s a morning breakfast staple in our household and so versatile! 110% recommend.

Houston has a few good sourdough spots, but this spot is fire. The bread Yeasco makes is like crack. Has you always fiending to come back for more. Bread is always fresh, crust has that perfect crunch, while the inside still soft and chewy. The jalapeño cheddar loaf though? BoyOboy. That's that next level sorcery right there.. Real chunks of cheddar (they don't skimp out). Jalapenos actually got some kick. Toast it, and it hits every time — spicy, cheesy, sourdough tang all balanced just right. You can eat it plain, sandwich it, or just tear pieces off like a savage. This is the kind of bread you grab once and then keep coming back for. Houston knows what's up.

Absolutely love YeastCo Sourdough Bakery in Houston! The quality of their bread is unmatched, and the service is always top-notch. The staff is friendly, and communication is great. Definitely the best place for sourdough in Houston. Highly recommend!
