We came here for my bridal brunch on 7/18/2026 and a time was had!!! Neek and Mari took AMAZING care of us and made getting married even more fun. The food, music, service , and atmosphere was great. 10/10 recommend. I HAVE to visit on a Sunday! Thanks yall
We went for happy hour and when we got there they said happy hour ends at 9. But the flyer on the table said 10pm . The manager came over and said that means that they over sold. Not sure what that means for me. If that’s the case then the flyer needs to say that instead of the waitress saying it ended at 9!
I visited this place Thursday, January 15, 2026 at approximately 11:00pm since it was close to the hotel that I'm staying at. I loved that I arrived pretty close to their closing time and were still able to order food (takeout only though). I ordered their lamp chops; which was 4 lollipops and two sides for $35. I had a Moscow Mule while I waited for my food bringing my order total to $61.55. Gratuity was automatically included; so be advised of that. There are several ways to have them prepared. I had mine jerked with their mac and cheese and candied yams as my sides. The candied yams were candied yams. Far from tart or buttery but not overly sweet either. The mac and cheese had something unique going on. There was a smokiness; almost jerk flavor to it. I enjoyed it with the jerk lamp chops but not something I would come and order standalone. Now being from out of town; be advised that locating the entrance to this place was odd. The rear and the front both look like plausible entrances. Once I found the entrance; it was packed with a bunch of black people just congregating and socializing. Ironically; this was the "security". What added to the irony is that when I asked "is this the entrance" no one responded. Just a relatively young light skinned black male dressed in all black with dreadlocks waving/signaling me to come towards him and then to turn around (again; no words spoken). Once he was done patting me down; I stood there like a deer in headlights. So I asked "where do you go"; this same "security guard" finally spoke saying; "you can go to the back". Now envision where I was standing was dark, poorly lit, no people and to the back was only stairs to an empty rooftop and what appeared to be an empty bar space and to my right was another door to a different side that was lit (which happened to be where the actual service was). So without much instruction I just walked back and went into the door on the right where the only signs of life were. Walking in I was greeted by no one. Just a DJ booth with the DJ in there and later to find out two "waitresses" entertaining him. So I asked the DJ; "do you just seat yourself" and one of the young ladies responded "yeah". As I sat there waiting for my order; the DJ complained to the "security guard" I encountered earlier about finding a new spot for Thursday as he's been there a year and the crowd has drastically fallen off. So that's when I realized why the gratuity, even for a party of one, is automatically included. The customer service sucks. Left up to me personally; I wouldn't have tipped anything on a takeout order and poor service. The food is good. But not automatic gratuity good and not revisit or recommend good. Be advised: They rent out hookahs. The place smelled more like weed than anything
