Booked a 9:00 AM appointment for my son and arrived early at 8:45 as instructed. We waited past 9:00 with no barber there, only to find out the appointment had been moved to 9:30 without any notice—no call, text, or email. I even messaged to confirm and was ignored. No communication at all. This was especially frustrating because my son has prom today, so timing mattered. Completely unprofessional and a waste of time. I wouldn’t recommend if you value reliability and basic customer service.

Ryan provides a great customer experience. He is attentive, genuine, and can effectively provide multiple different fade style. If you are a new customer, he takes instructions well, asking questions so he can bring your vision to life. He is also flexible with scheduling.

Good environment but skills were not there I feel like to be a Houston barber . Did not use a razor to define / make the cut crisper . After washing the cut then did I start to notice the lack of definition to the cut and edge lines . Took 10$ off for shaving off my beard which was only half a full beard more like side burns . Just overall was not a good cut . Reached out to tell him that but was not met with good customer service

Ryan is life saver bro! I hadn’t had a cut in a few weeks and not only did he come in clutch with the timing but he brought me back to life with the cut! 10/10 experience 👍🏾

I’ve been getting my haircut here for 6 months and it’s been great since the first visit. I always had terrible luck with barbers but never had a bad experience here. Service is quick and professional.
