I have been coming here for afterwork happy hours for years now. The atmosphere is casual and relaxed with live music on occasion. The bar staff is top notch and really take care of you - shout out to Adan and Jose for holding it down! Can honestly say I've never had bad service here. Highly recommend Whitehall for a weekend stay if you're passing through or a stop at part & parcel if you find yourself killing time downtown.
Came here with a friend on a Friday evening, but there was no one here practically. Cocktails were nice and the service was great. Will need to come back during the week for happy hour, I think it’s livelier then.
Great outside bar located in downtown Houston at the WhitehallHotel. Great outdoor space with an invented bar menu we didn't have any food so I can't comment on the food. Had a live band and believe it or not it was very nice outside at 9:30 at night in downtown Houston.
My favorite bar in downtown Houston. Outdoor seating is perfect. Staff is fantastic. Good happy hour deals. Been going there for years.
Stayed at Whitehall for a quick business trip and Part & Parcel didn't disappoint. The bartender recommended a fantastic drink and was extremely knowledgeable about distilling and paring certain drinks with meal selections. They were very busy with the after work crowd, however service never suffered.
