I had the pleasure meeting Michael. Very informative making the environment pleasant. It’s very laid back people friendly during the day. Fans throughout the outside area to keep you cool during these hot Texas days. Food trucks available. Very nice and relaxing. TVs throughout. Definitely a place to hang out at. Come see for yourself you won’t be disappointed.
Absolutely Loved this Texas Quarky vibe going on . I haven't had this much fun in 20 years! The Band was amazing and I loved absolutely everything about this place! I can't wait to go back
After hearing so much hype about Truck Yard Houston, I left pretty disappointed. It just felt like they cared more about the “vibe” than actually making the place comfortable or enjoyable. For starters, it’s basically not heated (or if it is, you can’t tell). If it’s even a little cold out, you’re just standing there freezing, wondering why you paid money to be uncomfortable. The setup is cool and it could be a great hangout spot, but that part kind of ruins it. The other thing that really got on my nerves was how every time you pay, you get hit with extra prompts. I’m totally fine tipping when it makes sense, but the tip screens felt pushy… and then on top of that they’re asking you to donate to music-related stuff too. It starts to feel less like a fun night out and more like you’re being asked for extra money at every turn. Maybe it’s better on a warm day, or if you don’t mind the constant add-ons. But if it’s chilly or you want something more relaxed, I’d honestly skip it and go somewhere that actually prioritizes guest comfort.
What a cool spot! Active beer garden with plenty to keep you entertained. Grabbed drinks and light bites from here after a professional event and we all were impressed.
First time visiting and my wife and I enjoyed the atmosphere. The bartender was very friendly and so nice. We brought our pup and I was excited to see they had pup cups for our fur baby!! Highly recommend and we will definitely be back!
