Great place to pick up all your boating accessories. They also have the new Chute Out Drift Sock in stock. Get 2 of them!! Put em on the same side of the boat. Front and rear corners and they will SLOW you WAY DOWN when drifting those flats or reefs. Better than anything else on the market
The team at Bluewater consistently surpass my expectations. Jeremy and team were able to fix my electronics and install a last min power pole, had everything i needed in stock when others didn't. All items & services with reasonable prices. Try them out, support our local small businesses, one day they may your customer! Thanks again!
I took my boat to him as a referral. I had it to a previous tech who charged me $4500 dollars and it still would not start. He assured me that he was the man for the job. After several sales calls to me he basically completed same repairs as previous tech and then said strange thing it run across the lake but would very slowly come back!(he forgot to tell me he charges $135.00 TO TEST AFTER HIS REPAIRSWHITCH I PAID 2 TIMES) I said then all the previous repairs were unnecessary as that was the reason I brought it to him. he said repairs were a must. He called when ready I picked up the boat at a near $4000 dollar repair bill. he told me I had only a 30-day warranty as I responded it's the end of December and temp are in the 30's he said I will work with you. So a few months later when weather broke a little I took the boat to the lake (NO START) he said he would diag for free if I returned, so I did he called and said it was my fault the gas was to old and a fuel float was stuck. so when picking it up he said he was only going to charge me $135.00 as it was my fault. I took it to the lake and (NO START). CLEARLY FRUSTRAITED I downloaded a manual studied it and isolated the issue and repaired for $400.00 dollars. I will never return and if you don't want to donate money you shouldn't.
Jeremy was super helpful with figuring out what was wrong with my boat and fixed it super quickly. There was great communication about every step of the process, great service, highly recommend!
Disappointed with Service and Communication I brought my boat to Blue Water based on the turnaround time they quoted during the initial phone call. Unfortunately, that timeline turned out to be misleading. Once they had the boat, communication became nearly nonexistent. Getting updates on the repair status was frustrating — I had to physically stop by the shop just to get basic answers, and even then, no one seemed to know what was going on. I began making regular visits just to verify whether any progress had been made. What I saw confirmed my concerns: slow, sloppy, and overpriced work with no accountability. I can’t recommend this shop to anyone who values clear communication, accurate timelines, or professional workmanship.
