I purchased my Xpress H22B in April 2024 from Dylan, and I absolutely love the boat. The entire buying experience was smooth, professional, and enjoyable from start to finish. Over the past couple of years, I've had to bring the boat in for a few minor service items. Nothing major or critical, but whenever I've needed assistance, Brock and the service team have been outstanding. They have always been responsive, professional, and focused on getting me back on the water as quickly as possible. It's great to work with a dealership that not only takes care of you during the sale but continues to provide excellent support afterward. Dylan, Brock, and the entire team have earned my trust, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a boat or have one serviced.

Great outfit to work with. I had a 306 Grady-White completely repowered and refit with these guys. I had a huge list of upgrades that I wanted done and Dylan’s team worked through them all. They do exceptional work and if they are not confident that they can do it 100% they will tell you and recommend someone that can. Dylan is super helpful, honest and will work with you to make your project come out shining.

Dylan went above and beyond on my boat purchase. Price negotiation was simple and easy. Dylan and the crew at Boats Etc. were very professional and awesome to deal with, wish all dealerships were this easy and understanding. Dylan did everything they said they would as far as performing a complete service on the previously owned boat before my purchase. Thank You

We met Dylan at the Houston boat show and what an amazing experience. We selected a wonderful XPress bay boat which we love. Our experience only improved when meeting Dylan to pick up the boat. His attention to detail, the amazing caring team and his willingness to walk through every part of the boat was beyond expectation. We highly recommend Boats Etc and Dylan. 5+ star experience.

Great service and very honest. I worked with Brock, and he gave me an estimate to install a through Hull transducer where they had to drill a 3 inch hole in the bottom of my Chris Craft to install. He got it done quickly and they were able to do it in half the time that they estimated. I couldn’t have been happier. They do all my service on my Yamaha engines and the boat always comes back clean. They are absolutely the best boat service center I’ve used and this is my eighth boat..
