Just purchased my 3rd boat from Dockside. There’s a reason why I keep coming back. This one was a custom order. Grant Pope and Chayse Sutherland were awesome. They personally delivered the boat to me on the water “dockside” at my house and we made a day of it on the lake testing out the new ride. Awesome customer service! You can’t beat it! This dealership has always taken really good care of us. They even help pull our boat out of the water whenever needed and the service dept. is on point too. If you are in the market for a new or used boat you MUST give these guys a shot.

I recently purchased an Air Nautique boat from Dockside Marine, and it was the most pleasant and enjoyable experience of a lifetime. Grant Pope was so helpful, professional, friendly and went above and beyond to make us happy. He followed through 100% with everything promised. Additionally, both Grant snd Tim went on the boat with us before and after we bought it to go over the operations and gave us incredible advice regarding skiing, pulling a tube and surfing. The whole experience was fantastic. I would recommend Grant and his company without reservation for anyone interested in a preowned or new boat.

I recently visited the showroom to check out their top-of-the-line boats and had a fantastic experience. Chayse greeted me right away and made me feel completely comfortable from the start. We have had our boat since 2021 and we bought it used in Tennessee. Dockside was accommodating with serivce even though we did not buy the boat from them. At times it was difficult getting return calls back and update BUT they have fixed those issued over the last few years. We just took delivery of our 2025 G23 a week ago and we could not be more pleased. My husband and I have been in sales for 25+ years so customer service is big to us. First off, Grant is an AMAZING sales person. Not pushy and really listened to what we were wanting. Grant is also very patient and he is great at communication. When you spend this much money you want customer service that exceeds your expectations and he most definately has. Thank you Grant for making our boat buying experience exceptional.
