please believe me what I tell them this business is a fraud they say they are going to fix your jet ski but they don't know anything and don't even have the tools to do it. Do not be fooled and do not pay them any deposit because they will steal it from you

SCAMMER! Do not go to this place! The reviews on his place are the truth! Unfortunately I found out $5400 later! First he charges you $800 diagnostic fee. Then told me a price of $3100. A month later calls and says it will be $2000 more. Took them to the lake the next day and neither working still. I should have read the reviews. If you don’t believe me there is a mechanic close to the lake who will let you know more! I’m filing a law suit unless he wants to make it right and give me my money back. His call

Hard to find the way to explain what happened. I believe that Melvin is a good guy. I truly do. Only met him twice, but found him to be respectful and friendly in the face to face interaction. However, he did not honor his commitment to me. My Yamaha 1200 waverunner run well at low revs but would starve for fuel when I asked more of it. Dropped it at Melvin’s on a Friday morning. After charging me around 400 bucks in advance for the diagnostic he committed to deliver by Wednesday of the following week. When the day came, no news from Melvin. I let a couple more days go by and called him on Friday. He had a justification for not having the diagnostic and gave me a new deadline the following Wednesday. Come the second deadline, again no news of Melvin. Again I called him two days later. Another justification for not delivering. A new one. Unconnected to the previous justification. And a new deadline set for the following Tuesday. But on Tuesday no news. So I reached out again only to be served with a third justification for non compliance, unconnected from the previous two. This time I got an open ended deadline with “I will call you when I have news”. I was uncomfortable with the situation at this point and this was when I came and read other customer’s feedback telling the exact same story that I was experiencing. So I reached out to Melvin and told him that I would pick up the waverunner and I expected it to be in at least the same condition in which I left it. Three weeks after having dropped my waverunner with Melvin I picked it up and took it home. I tried to run it today and nothing has changed. Given that I had paid almost 400 bucks for a diagnostic that I never got I requested a reimbursement which Melvin refused to honor because, according to him he had paid the technicians that allegedly worked on my Yamaha. But I still never got the diagnostic that I paid for. I will place a legal claim for my money. Not too worried about that. Working on it already. Two regrets out of this though. First I would have liked this to have worked in a way that he had fixed the waverunner and I could have gone back in the future for other repairs. Two, I wish I had read these reviews before I ever gave him my waverunner and my money. You’ve all been warned. I am adding this to my original review following Melvin’s reply below. All my message exchanges with him, that occurred during three weeks, are available. I am willing to share them with anyone and everyone who is interested. After reading them you can draw your own conclusions on whether I was impatient and unreasonable or if Melvin is simply a liar. I had decided not to pursue reimbursement of the 400 dollars that he stole from me by not providing the service that he committed to. However, now following his untruthful reply to my comment I will resume taking that action. People, trust me, don’t fall for this scammer. There are plenty of other places to service your watercraft where they are honest and knowledgeable. This place should be shut down forever.

We took our Seadoo in 5 months ago and nothing has been done! If you read other reviews it’s the same story. Melvin takes your money up front for diagnosis or materials to get started, promises delivery week after week, and does nothing! He said that we cannot pick up our Seadoo unless we pay another $400 for work he’s already done, which has he has not! We asked him to repair the fiberglass and took him a wrap to put on; the fiberglass repair, if you call it that, has bubbled and no wrap! The bumpers have been removed and we don’t know where they are. When I told him we were going to get a lawyer, he said, “go ahead, I will give you names of some of my friends who are lawyers”. Is there anyone else in this page that want to join me in securing a lawyer? I think it’s time we get Randy Wallace with Fox 26 News to investigate.
