We purchased a new 2024 boat from MarineMax in early March 2026, and I wanted to recognize the outstanding service we have received from their team. When we raised concerns regarding our new boat, MarineMax management acted swiftly and professionally to address every item. They listened carefully, communicated openly throughout the process, and ensured all issues were resolved to our satisfaction. A special thank you to Billy Foulkes, who is an exceptional sales professional. Billy worked with us for over two years before we finally decided to purchase our boat. Throughout that time, he was patient, knowledgeable, and never pressured us. His expertise across different boat types and brands helped us make an informed decision and find the right boat for our family. I also want to recognize Jose Regino, Service Manager, who has done an excellent job keeping us informed over the past two months while we waited for parts from the manufacturer. The new boat had been on the lot for some time, and the items being addressed were primarily aesthetic in nature. Jose consistently kept us apprised of the status of repairs and next steps. What stands out most about MarineMax is how professionally they treat every customer—whether purchasing a 15-foot boat or a luxury yacht. That level of service and commitment builds long-term relationships and confidence in their dealership. Had a great experience with their Parts Department. DeeDee was more than helpful. I am there looking for a bolt and she is providing me loads of information to help me find it since they did not carry it. Excellent Customer Service! I will return and recommend you go there for your boat parts too! A+++

If you need a boat, call Mason. Mason ia thorough and listens to me his customers. We are pleased to with our purchase of our pontoon boat and with the customer service provided by Mason. I highly recommend Mason and the whole team there. We will not go anywhere else to purchase any type of watercraft
