Just bought a boat from Bob about a month ago. It was an easy straight forward process. They rigged my boat out in a few days and had me on the water by the weekend. 10 out of 10 highly recommend.
Just purchased a new Nautic Star boat, this was truly the best buying experience ever! They had the best price we found, and everyone there went above and beyond to help with our purchase, and best of all they never bugged us or tried to pressure us in any way. Highly recommend!
Best buying experience EVER!! I appreciate the time Bob took with me to make sure I was getting the exact boat I wanted.... not just what was on the lot like the other shops I went to. He took the time to sit down and go over all of the standard features and options. With his experience and my needs, he helped me build the boat that I've always wanted. Additionally, he was able to let me know of some of the obstacles that may arise and what I could do to help prevent, maintain, and care for my new boat. It felt good to talk to some one that really knows about and believes in their product. Not once did he tell me I NEEDED anything, but merely made suggestions that could make my boat owning experience better. I believe his words were "It's your boat, let's make sure it's just what you want". The optional equipment I had installed was flawless and looks like the boat was made that way. Right up to when I pulled out of the gate, it was a great experience. Thank you Reynolds Marine!
***edit*** added another star because I got to use their shop to replace the computer on my motor and they had it done and ready exactly when they said they would. Boat runs great and I'm back on the water.....right on...😎🤙 Great place in Baytown... I only gave it 4 stars because I haved used there mechanics on my boat yet or bought a boat from there yet so I dont know how those services are. But I use their parts department regularly and always get great service and alot of help with any questions I may have. If the rest of the place is a good as that department it deserves 5 stars... Right on Tight lines and God bless...
Took my boat twice for same problem and the issue never got fix.Guy at front desk said he took it out and it ran great.I figured he was lying when he said he lowered the jack plate down and hammered the throttle because my jack plate wasn't working. Never using them again.
