I had an amazing experience buying my boat from Rinkers Boat World. From start to finish, the entire transaction was smooth, professional, and completely drama free. Kyle was absolutely outstanding throughout the whole process. Since I was purchasing the boat from out of state and shipping it from Texas to Washington, communication and transparency were extremely important to me. Kyle exceeded every expectation. He kept me updated every step of the way with detailed information, pictures, testing updates, and honest feedback about everything he found with the boat. There were no surprises, no pressure, and no hidden issues! just complete transparency and professionalism. He was incredibly attentive to details and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in doing things the right way. We had the best experience at Rinkers. Will is amazing!! He is more than a salesman, he is a mentor, a coach, and someone we are happy to know!! We went back and fourth a million times, test drove other brands of boats, and finally found the perfect boat for us!! Will was patient and kind through the entire process, and he never rushed us. He encouraged us to do our research, and was there for all of our questions and never wavered every time we changed our minds. And there was a lot of that. lol When we picked up our boat he made sure we had EVERYTHING we needed. From being safety compliant, to knowing how to operate our boat, to knowing how to load it on the trailer. He showed us everything we needed to be successful boat owners. He also helped us choose the fun things too, boards, ropes, all the goodies!! We could go on and on. Bottom line is we are thankful for Will, and grateful we went to Rinkers.

Will was great to work with! We drove in from Austin to look at a used boat, and it was exactly as advertised—actually better. The boat was in excellent condition, and we ended up buying it. Will took the time to explain all the features and answer our questions, making the entire process easy and stress-free. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase and highly recommend working with Will!

My wife and I stopped by the Houston location in late March, planning to look for a ski/surf boat, with no experience with one before. It was a Saturday and met Jim, who was very helpful and patient with us in all of our questions and helped us with gaining knowledge with what may best fit us and our family. We found a MasterCraft we really liked, and he suggested we travel to the Conroe store that day where Rinkers was having a day where you could test drive boats. We met Kyle Roberts there and he another young man helped us with a test drive on the lake with a similar MasterCraft boat we had picked in Houston. They were both very very helpful in answering our questions, showing us all the features on the boat and we made a deal with Kyle and bought a 2026 MasterCraft. When I picked up the boat at the Houston store, Kyle was very helpful and let me know if we every had any questions to call or text him. We have been using the boat at our Lake Limestone lakehouse, where we keep the boat on the lift. We've only had it out several times this year and our family and grandkids are really enjoying the boat. We've had some questions while on the water and have texted Kyle several questions while on the water and he is always quick to repsond, even on Sundays. We are very pleased with the boat, which started with the first stop and meeting Jim, all the way through meeting Kyle in Conroe and closing the deal. Their knowlege and personable service was second to none. We truly have enjoyed our experiece working with them both and the Rinker family!

I'd give 6 stars if I could. Jimmy and his team at Rinker's are the best! My wife and I have purchased many boats from a lot of the other Houston-area dealers and they all fall short of what Rinker's provides when it comes to customer service. We'll be purchasing exclusively from Rinker's in the future.
