Had my boat over 2 months before I went to pick it up. Everytime I called for an update the technician “was never there and it was gonna be an additional week”. Went to go pickup my boat and none of the electronics worked, engines wouldn’t trim, one of the guys there was able to get everything to power on in the parking lot.. now after doing a full detail on the boat, power steering leak still in the same spot. Huge waste of time and money bringing my boat here.
I recently purchased a JH Outlaw 250x and had the pleasure of working with Marvin throughout the process. He was extremely knowledgeable and very attentive to every detail from my first phone contact to delivery of the boat I now know why Sport Marine and JH Performance Boats have so may rave reviews I’m looking forward to becoming a loyal customer and highly recommend this company and Marvin specifically if you are looking for an amazing boat and quality dealership!
Great Place! Very knowledgeable staff and polite. They took the time to explain and help me understand what was wrong with my boat. The shop took in my rig and had in out in the same time they told me it would take. Even though I had an old motor and I was not sure that most shops would take it in, they knew it was serviceable with them. When I got it back it fired the first time and runs like a champ! It has been a year and it's still running strong. I would recommend them greatly!
My wife and I bought our boat (23 Outlaw) from Sport Marine several years ago. The customer service is the best I have ever experienced.
