It's been a pleasure to have my children train at Rocky Juarez gym and be part of a wonderful yet competitive culture. The knowledge and work ethic all the coaches possess and share with the members is what keeps this the top boxing gym. If your looking for elite level trainers and hard yet rewarding work this is it.

If you really want to learn the art of boxing, Rocky is a great teacher of the sporting art form. In addition, to learning how to box, the experience reduces any anxiety and stress levels that come with each day. Also, Rocky, his coaches and management are personable, humble and provide a clean and safe environment to have fun while you learn. Whatever your goals, fitness to sparing to competitive boxing, you won’t find a better facility in Houston.

Best boxing gym out there no cap. The coaches will push you to your maximum potential. I been there for about 8 months, and not only have I seen a huge improvement but everyone else around has as well.
