I had an amazing experience at Chama Gaúcha Brazilian Steakhouse in Houston. The atmosphere is incredibly warm and cozy, making it the perfect place for a special night out or even a relaxed dinner. The food truly exceeded my expectations — every dish was flavorful and beautifully prepared. The appetizers alone were worthy of a top-tier, fine dining restaurant, showing incredible quality and attention to detail. What truly stands out is the quality of the meat. It is served continuously and in abundance, with an impressive variety, and every cut was outstanding. The texture was perfect, the flavor was rich and delicious, and each serving was just as excellent as the last. It’s clear that they take great pride in the quality and preparation of their meats. The service couldn’t have been better. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout the entire experience. I was also very impressed with their selection of wines and beverages — it’s extensive, well-curated, and pairs perfectly with the menu. Overall, a fantastic dining experience from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend it and will definitely be coming back.

My first time eating here as I had to drive in for a company event. The place looks amazing, the drinks were super good. As soon as we sat down I starting eating the salad, I order my lamb chops from the waiter, they never came, we were a party of 9. I ordered again and never came. I was already full by the time they came 40 mins later. For this reason only a 3 star. Service is everything in this type of place. The communication need to be more better on special requests between the staff. You want good service go to Casa do Brasil. Super great service there.

Stepped into the restaurant and immediately felt the vibe—warm lighting, relaxed music, and a perfect balance of elegance and comfort. Every bite was pure perfection—tender, juicy, and packed with flavor, with sides and sauces that elevate the experience without overpowering it. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to recommend something or answer questions. The atmosphere, the service, and the food made this a five-star experience without the five-star price. Honestly, if you love good steak, this place can’t be missed, and I’m already planning my next visit.

Everything about this place is amazing! From valet parking, greeters, servers, gauchos, bar server to managers! The salad bar is enough to fill you up ! But we are here for the picanha & many other cuts! Let’s not forget about the drinks and desserts! Always recommend and share with friends and family. Love this place!

This place was recommended to us by a relative, and we decided to go for our anniversary. The service was awesome and the staff were very attentive. The food was really delicious! One thing I loved is that they give you the option to have the meats well done if you prefer, which not every place offers. Everything we tried was great, and the whole experience made our anniversary feel special. They even gave us a complimentary dessert. We truly enjoyed it and will definitely be coming back again.
