We had an awesome experience at Fogo at Baybrook mall today, starting with a very warm and pleasant greeting from Dayra, a very welcoming hostess. She had a very inviting and hospitable persona about her, and she took care of us quicker than the anticipated wait time, due to their busyness during the first hours of opening. From there, all the wait staff rotating to our table took very good care of us. All were very courteous, respectful, and genuinely their to serve. Specially, Deme, Angela, Amy, Josue, Cristobal?, and a few others who were busy running around, but were very attentative to us, keeping our drinks filled and the meats piled on. Before leaving I spoke with Oscar, a manager on duty, to give him real-time feedback and praise on his employees, rather than just putting it online and him hearing about it later. Because you should definitely give commendation about standout employees and services to let them know to applaud them as well for keeping customers happy and coming back! It's because of experiences like this that we'll return for future visits! 😎

Meybel and Demy were amazing! They provided excellent service from start to finish and made me feel so comfortable throughout my visit. Everyone on the team was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions I had. The atmosphere was clean, relaxing, and very inviting, which made the whole experience even better. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. We had such a great experience and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience at Fogo de Chão! The gauchos were knowledgeable and happy to answer questions about the different meats. I chose the Indulgent Churrasco selection, enhanced with the All Jumbo Lump Crab Cake, which was flavorful and surprisingly good. My favorite items were the chicken selections and grilled pineapple. The sliced lamb was a little dry for my taste, missed the lamb chops and the cheese bread wasn't my favorite, but that's just personal preference. The Market Table had a great variety of salads, fresh fruit, charcuterie, black beans, rice, and much more. The atmosphere was nice, and I appreciated being able to see the TV from my seat near the bar. Special thanks to Demetrius for his excellent service, helpful recommendations, and for answering all my questions and going above and beyond. It was definitely a team effort from everyone on the floor. Thank you to Esthefany as well for her excellent customer service. Overall, a very enjoyable dining experience, thank you!

We came as a Saturday brunch and service was excellent. They were attentive and the food was delivered in a timely manner. Seafood appetizers were really good. Variety of meats was great. Best desserts we’ve had in a long time. We had the crème brûlée and even repackaged our cheesecake brûlée to go so we could enjoy it later without complaint. They were shareable size desserts at standard prices which was great too. The picture shows how much we loved the dessert.

We had such a great experience at Fogo de Chão, and a big part of that was our bartender, Avery! His customer service was absolutely amazing from the moment we sat down. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. Our drinks were fantastic, and he really made us feel welcomed and taken care of. You can tell Avery truly enjoys what he does and takes pride in giving great service. We left very satisfied and will definitely be back. Thank you, Avery, for making our night so enjoyable!
