We had a great experience at Gauchos Do Sol! The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere made the whole dinner even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Victor, who took amazing care of us throughout our visit. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. His excellent service truly made a difference. We’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

We have been to several Brazillian steakhouses and none have really caught our eye or have wanted us to return. Now this one is absolutely phenomenal! The salad bar is superb above all others everything we tried was delicious! The meats were all wonderful! Steak was seasoned too perfection and tender, it wasn't salty like other places. The shrimp were big and juicy. They really piled on the meats! Server checked on us every 5 minutes. The limeade was so refreshing! It was our 5th Anniversary and they gave us a free chocolate cake which we couldn't eat there from being so full. Price was decent in comparison to other Brazilian steakhouses. We will be returning for sure!

The meat was absolutely delicious 5 star for food! The salad bar was not great (we went on a weekday, maybe their is less options), they had soup, empanadas, and other options. The cheesy bread was amazing! I just love it at all restaurants but here it was fresh and they kept it coming. The cheese and honey delicious. The servers asked how we liked our meat and what meats we wanted and brought them out. Again, perhaps because we went during week, but the meats did not come out as regularly scheduled or with as much variety as other Brazilian Steakhouses we have visited. The atmosphere was elegant, dark lighting, nice wall accents. The service was great.

The meat service is incredible—servers walk around with skewers and slice the meats fresh onto your plate, and you can try as much as you want. They brought out a great variety including: Picanha (top sirloin cap) – juicy, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned Filet mignon – tender and buttery Garlic beef – bold and savory Beef ribs – rich, fall-off-the-bone, and packed with flavor Lamb and pork cuts – well-seasoned and cooked just right Chicken and sausage – delicious and smoky And don’t skip the grilled pineapple—it’s warm, caramelized, slightly cinnamon-sweet, and the perfect balance to all the savory meats. Honestly, I could eat a whole plate of that alone! The salad bar is one of the best parts. It’s huge and upscale, with fresh greens, cheeses, cured meats, olives, roasted vegetables, pasta salads, and Brazilian side dishes. Everything was fresh, well-presented, and high quality—way beyond a typical buffet. And the Brazilian lemonade is a MUST. I will be back! The best for me thus far. Food is perfectly seasoned. Perfectly salted and seasoned! It was hard to find a great churascharia.... they are overly salted leaving you bloated. Gaucho's seasoning is perfect!
