The staff is very friendly & helpful. There is a large selection of meats available that are delicious, a huge salad bar, and great drinks. The restuarant is decorated beautifully, and there are areas for large size groups. Valet parking is available. I enjoyed a great dining experience!

Dear readers, I’m very excited to write this review because it is that good! From the first time we went, I called to see if we could get a table…. Randy was so hospitable as if he knew me..he said come right in… I’ll take care of you, and I just knew it was going to be good. What drew us was that it was a Halal Brazilian steakhouse which to my knowledge there’s no other one in Houston. The place is cozy and has a great vibe. I’m not sure which day the singer is there, but she was there on a Friday and she just gives the whole atmosphere a perfect touch. The salad bar has everything that you need, but the meats are what makes it truly magical…. they are seasoned, tender, the quality is excellent. There is a Katy location as well… reservations are highly recommended!

Came for dinner service with my boyfriend and his father yesterday. Service started well, minus a piece of steak flung into my Raspberry Martini which was replaced so no issue there. In my opinion a Brazilian steakhouse is where you are able to taste and explore different cuts of meats in small portion. When asked my preference I told the waiter “medium” the cuts of meat placed on my plate were not all a perfect medium which I am also fine with because there were cuts that I didn’t quite enjoy so I would take a bite and scoot it the side. Additionally there was a really “off” taste to the meat that I couldn’t get past. So after trying a few I wasn’t satisfied neither was my boyfriend. So we both ask for fresh plates so that we could try different meats. Shortly after we asked the staff to take the plates with the meats we didn’t like out of our way, the waiter returned asking us what we didn’t like about the meat but not in a customer satisfaction questioning manner this was more in a demeaning/condensing tone. To which I replied the meat was too rare and some pieces were too fatty and some just had a weird taste. He ask my boyfriend “and you what didn’t you like” in the same nasty tone. My boyfriend agreed the meat was not medium it was rare. The waiter then ask how would I like the meat so I told him now medium well hoping for a more balanced sear to the meat and he says “Ok but I just want to know if that’s going to be okay or how do you like it.” I then replied “I just said medium well” he finally says “Okay” and walks away. After this I set all my utensils on my plate and didn’t eat ANYTHING offered for the remainder of the evening. HOW RUDE I thought the entire evening I couldn’t get out of there fast enough. I felt so uncomfortable, like I was a problem for not enjoying the small portions that were put in front of me. The OVER $200 bill was PAID IN FULL as well as gratuity and tip for valet. This place is sub-par I’d recommend dining at your favorite fast-food restaurant over this place. The atmosphere was lovely, live music was great. But the waiter and his demeanor was the absolute worst I’ve ever experienced at any restaurant. I’ve been to several fine dining and this was not it. If you love a good steak with a delicious sear Mastro’s Steakhouse is my definite go to. Save your money and run!

Hands down the best experience and service I have ever received from a restaurant. I made us a reservation here for NYE because I don’t want to try any of the chain Brazilian Steakhouse and I am SO GLAD I went this route. Early in our dining experience another dining guest next to us said Tourão was BETTER than the chains. Based on the food flavors, variety, service, and atmosphere I must say I can’t think of anyone topping them. The wait staff continuously checked on us and asked us what else are we waiting to try? Next thing you know my request arrived. The salad bar and the sides were Chef’s Kiss delicious. I can’t wait to come back! The live music was the signature cherry on top. 1000/10.

Authentic rodizio style brazilian restaurant with more than dozen cuts of meat dining & intimate for couples, parking place free, with option for lunch buffet vegetables / ham, salmon, saucisse, cheese, or a la carte service by Gauchos handling at table different Bbq meats, lamb, beef, chicken, saucisse. Inside the restaurant decor creates such a relaxing vibe. Two rooms in the restaurant view a cozy patio cover outside the road, inside tables with warm decoration, welcome by staff salute / manager. Good mood & ambiance in diner. Clean place. Access for impairments to find. Ambiance in Tourão is unmatched, perfect for a relaxed evening, excellent choice of meats to appreciate.
