Good morning everyone. Here’s another review and this time it’s a good one. I took my mom to Another Broken Egg in Klein, TX. We were treated right away and seated. Our waitress was Ruby. Let me tell you, you have to have her. She was the best and let me tell you great service all the way around. The manager came by and a very nice guy his name was Andres. The restaurant was clean and I can see everyone around me enjoying their food. My mom got a free mug because it was our first visit. Yes I will come again and so should you.
This restaurant is a nice idea and has good coffee. However, breakfast did not meet my expectations. I ordered eggs, sausage and pancakes. The food was mediocre The eggs were not cooked properly. They redid the eggs and they still were not cooked properly. When I asked the waiter about it, she did not resolve it. So I paid $22 for a breakfast that I did not eat. I wish the waitress would have cared more about customer satisfaction. When we invest in going to a restaurant, we are looking for a superlative and satisfying experience. I have found that at other breakfast places, such as First Watch and IHOP. But I won’t have breakfast here again and do not recommend it.
Tremendous experience. We went here for Mother's Day brunch and even though there was a little wait, it was well worth it. Finally found a place to "write home about" with the food. The staff was great, and the seating was accommodating for our big family. Definitely a great choice for families, couples, or any occasion. One of the best meals we've had since moving to Houston.
Went for a late breakfast brunch ! We ordered the seasons peaches refresher and Shrimp Bennidict along with Veggie delights! We liked and enjoyed everything except that there was some weird smell in the restaurant.
Our service was AMAZING with Flavio as our waiter! Flavio went above & beyond to really make our experience special today! Food was delicious, hot & fresh! Blueberry lemon mimosa was on point! Definitely will come back to try some other new additions to the menu! Always thankful that this location offers safe gluten free options as well! Had the shrimp & grits today and it was so delicious I forgot to take a picture!
