Five stars all the way! Glenn was our server, but by the end of the meal he felt like family, he’s now my nephew! He provided outstanding customer service, helped me decide what to order, and every recommendation was absolutely delicious. The food was incredible. The chicken was so tender, and the cabbage was hands down some of the best I’ve ever had. It truly tasted like Sunday dinner on a Wednesday morning. Which today is my dad’s heavenly birthday so it was right on time. What made the experience even more special was that Glenn took the time to sit with us and share his story. It was genuinely inspiring and made our visit unforgettable. My daughter just moved to the area, so I’ll definitely be back. If you’re lucky enough to have Glenn as your server, you’re in for an amazing experience. Great food, wonderful service, and an atmosphere that feels like home! - Dani
10/10 !! 100/10!! This place absolutely lives up to the hype! We waited about an hour and a half for a table, but honestly, it was worth every minute. The fried chicken was fried to perfection, crispy on the outside, juicy and tender on the inside. The Nutella and bacon waffles were incredible, with waffles that were crispy yet soft and fluffy. The French toast was perfection. My wife isn’t even a French toast fan, and she gave it a 10/10! The mango boba was refreshing and delicious, and the beignets with honey were hands down the best bite of the entire meal, light, fluffy, and absolutely addictive. The menu is super diverse and has a little bit of everything you’re looking for in a breakfast, brunch, or lunch spot. The restaurant itself was bright, clean, and packed with people, which tells you everything you need to know about the food. I also have to give a huge shoutout to our server, Kristy. Even with the restaurant being completely packed, she made our experience so pleasant. She was attentive, kind, and took amazing care of us from start to finish. Give that woman a raise, she’s doing an incredible job! The food is to die for, and we’ll definitely be back to try more of the menu. Batter & Brunch has earned a loyal customer!
My fiancée and I visited here for the very first time, and honestly, the food was incredible — but what truly made the day unforgettable was our waitress, GABBY. She was so warm, kind, and attentive that she turned a great meal into a genuinely special experience. Her sweetness and care did not go unnoticed, and we left with full hearts (and full stomachs!). If you’re lucky enough to get Gabby as your server, you’re in for an amazing time. We’ll definitely be back, hopefully to see her again!
Tara is the absolute best. She is personality plus. She is attentive and courteous. She thought of everything to make us dining experience most. Pleasurable. The food was delicious. My order was accurate. I will definitely be back. Everything's done in the spirit of excellence..
This place left much to desire both the food and service were lacking. Actually the service was horrible. I came in shortly after noon on a Tuesday (7/7), the atmosphere was quiet despite most of the tables being occupied. My party of 2 waited for about 5 minutes before someone acknowledged us. We were able to seat ourselves. We selected the bench/table seating. Our server greeted us after while. (I dont remember her name but she was a tall Caucasian lady with brown hair) She provided drink recommendations and left for some time. I received a barely iced Blueberry Lavender Refresher compared to other patrons drinks of similar make. It took her more than 15min to return for our food order. Our order consisted of: *Sweet Heat Candied Bacon & Walnuts * OMG Fluffy Pancakes -chicken & pork sausage -eggs scrambled with cheese & onions *Chicken & French Toast -bone-in chicken We had to request water & napkins as they were not provided initially. We waited quite a while for our food only to recieve barely warm food, that was incorrect. We received Chicken & Waffles instead of the French toast, there were no sides brought out with the pancakes. We had to flag our waitress down after 10min to point out the sides were not recieved. She brought the plate out with overcooked scrambled eggs that contained no cheese. When this was brought to her attention she simply said it was mixed inside the eggs. (There wasn't any cheese). The young lady who delivered our order to the table was immediately notified that the Chicken & Waffles was supposed to be French toast & chicken. She offered to have it remade however due to the long wait I declined. She alerted our server who insisted I requested the chicken & waffles. She had the french toast made to "make things right". If the goal was to make it right, why was 2 slices of french toast presented when the dish comes with 3??? This was our second time coming to this restaurant. The first time we weren't able to dine due to the long wait time on a Sunday. We were excited to be able to eat here today. Unfortunately that excitement is over. A wasted $80 and almost 2 hours of the day for barely warm food, dry pancakes & waffles, and bad service. *I would have left the servers name however when we requested a receipt she never brought it.
