The food was delicious, but very small portions for the price. My server was sweet, but waited quite a while for the host so I could be seated (not at host stand when I arrived, waited several minutes for her to "appear"). The sign says wait to be seated, but she said I can sit anywhere outside, and waved hand towards a couple empty tables, or at the bar inside (didn’t offer me an inside table) So, since I didn't want to sit at the bar, I sat outside and sweat all thru my meal. Really didn't feel very welcoming. Had to ask server for a menu. Music was so loud the server and I were yelling at each other while I was placing my order. Food was really good, but my overall experience will probably affect how often I might return.

We love this place! Nice outdoor seating, the espresso martini is made with pure love ❤️ it’s sooo good. Food comes very fast and it is fresh! Drinks and food is great 👍🏽 I even brought my parents here and my mom loved the hot tea. 10/10 will always recommend this place!

I visited this spot on a Saturday morning after my friends—who had been here before—highly recommended it. We arrived just before 9 a.m., and the restaurant wasn’t busy yet, so we were seated and greeted right away by two friendly servers. I took my friend’s suggestion and ordered the brisket hash, swapping the regular potatoes for sweet potatoes with a sunny-side-up egg. One friend got the same with an over-easy egg, while my other friend ordered the avocado toast with a side of bacon. I also added an iced latte with almond milk. The brisket hash was absolutely delicious—savory, hearty, and perfectly cooked. The iced latte was tasty, though a bit sweeter than I expected (I assumed the almond milk was unsweetened). Overall, breakfast was really enjoyable. The service was friendly and attentive, and I’d definitely recommend this place for a great breakfast. They also have both indoor and outdoor seating, which is a nice bonus.

Had an amazing brunch at Leeland House this weekend. They’ve made some updates to the space—more seating and added covering—which makes it more comfortable, especially for outdoor seating. There’s both indoor and outdoor seating, and we were seated quickly. One thing to note: you can either order with a server at your table or walk up to the bar to place your order. We sat at a table, but I chose to order at the bar—and honestly, it took longer than just ordering with the server, so I’d recommend sticking with table service. The drinks were on point. I had the Strawberry 75 (a twist on a French 75), and it was really good. My partner had the White Sangria, which was refreshing and well-balanced. For food, we ordered the Bananas Foster Pancakes with a side of bacon and the Brisket Hash. Everything was delicious. I’m very particular about my food, and I asked for the cilantro aioli on the side, but it came on the dish anyway. I decided to try it instead of sending it back, and once everything was mixed together, I couldn’t even taste it—so it ended up being a non-factor. What really makes this place stand out is the vibe. The DJ was playing an eclectic mix of neo-soul and R&B, creating a smooth, groovy atmosphere. The weather was perfect, the crowd was right, and the service was great. It’s the kind of place you could sit at all day and just enjoy yourself. Also worth noting—this is strictly a breakfast and brunch spot and they close at 4 PM, so get there early if you want to really enjoy the experience. They also have a large screen TV that was showing sports, and you can see it clearly from pretty much anywhere in the restaurant. If you want to catch a game without giving up a good brunch spot, this is definitely the place. One of my favorite brunch spots—I'll definitely be back.

Overpriced! AC was barely on. DJ played music so loud my group couldn’t talk to one another. Food was good. Shrimp and grits had only 4 shrimps in it. Lobster tacos were fried so couldn’t even taste lobster - very pricey for what it was. Chai was great. Not great for vegans or vegetarians. 18% gratuity for what? Didn’t even notify us beforehand. Wouldn’t come back.
