From the moment you walk through the door you feel welcomed. Exceptionally friendly staff. Service was great and the food was DELICIOUS! We had the Classic Benedict, Hangover Hash, and of course we had to try the biscuits. The biscuits were fantastic! So light and fluffy. The restaurant is clean and well kept. We will definitely come back.

The Flying Biscuit Cafe has become one of my favorite breakfast spots in Houston. The food was excellent, but the real standout for me is always the grits. They're rich, creamy, flavorful, and some of the best I've had anywhere. Flying Biscuit is known for its grits, and they definitely live up to the reputation. William was my server, and he did a fantastic job. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. He checked in at the right times, kept things moving smoothly, and helped make the experience even better. Great food, great service, and those grits keep me coming back. I'll definitely be back again. Thanks, William!

I can tell it ia not a bad restaurant. Just maybe a bad day. We arrived about 930am. We were greeted and told to sit anywhere. All booths taken but two were open and being utilized by the staff. We ordered our food and waited for it to arrive. We could see kitchen. And our food sat for about 7 minutes while they unloaded groceries from the store. Multiple people walking by and food sitting at wait station. Then server went o get food and spilled the biscuits. Instead of bringing food. They swept and cleaned right by our freshly made food. After another 3 minutes we received. My wife's grits were lukewarm and not fresh. Decent taste but not fresh. My food was super fresh just not great food in my opinion. Check it out for yourself. Not my kind of spot, probably won't visit again. $36 for two with no drinks. And we did tip good for those who think this is not honest review.

We had such an amazing experience at The Flying Biscuit on Easter Sunday! From the moment we walked in, everything was just wonderful. I ordered the hangover hash and it was absolutely delicious, and my daughter loved her eggs, bacon, and pancakes—everything came out perfectly and tasted so fresh. The coffee was also a highlight—so yummy and exactly what we needed to start our day! But what truly made our visit unforgettable was our server, Latasha. She was phenomenal! Her positive attitude, sense of humor, and playful personality made us feel so welcomed and taken care of. She kept us laughing and really went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. Thank you to the entire team for being open on Easter and providing such a fantastic dining experience. We will definitely be back!

I thoroughly enjoyed this visit. A few weeks ago I visited another Flying Biscuit Café and wanted to try this location. They didn't disappoint. It gives off a cool city-brunch vibe that feels lively but relaxed. My food was delicious once again. I ordered Smoked Salmon Scramble which is three eggs w/wood-smoked salmon and dill cream cheese. The wasn't quite enough cream cheese this time but it was still flavorful. As always, the apple butter on the biscuit was a highlight. I noticed my hollandaise was missing so I'm glad I asked. It pairs perfectly with their famous moon-dusted potatoes. Who would have thought! My husband enjoyed the Egg-Stravaganza, and I love seeing peppermint tea on the menu at this location. I enjoyed it with my meal and he got a white russian. Portion sizes are generous and definitely worth the price. Our waiter, Fofo, was friendly, attentive, and easygoing, which made the experience even better. Overall, it's a great place for brunch, and I would absolutely return.
