Although we were not able to use Marwood Construction for our project due to the type and location of the job, I would like to express my deep gratitude to Patrick at Marwood who spent 45 minutes on the phone with me sharing a wealth of knowledge about the process of hiring a reputable and honest contractor to build my addition. Informing me of best practices and what laws are in place to protect the consumer who is needing construction services. I now feel prepared to do my due diligence for my project. I feel this is a testament to the character of Patrick and Marwood Construction. Clearly very trustworthy, professional and knowledgeable. My experience has taught me this is hard to come by. I needed some work done on my building but wasn't sure what it would entail, we don't handle anything construction related so it was a shot in the dark. Patrick their estimator took time out of his day to educate me on everything, explain to me how things work, what would be required, while also giving me his personal advice given his decades in the industry. It genuinely seemed like he cared about not just the job, but what route would be best for me regardless of who I went with. He was very informative and helpful. Couldn't recommend this place more!
