This was a damn good burger. I had this solve bookmarked for couple of years. Finally had the opportunity to go couple days ago. Ordered the mushroom Swiss burger and salad with a beef patty. The burger was delicious. The seasoning was very good and the whole patty was bursting with flavor. The buns just sunk in the beef with all the juices. The fries were excellent also. They have patio seating outdoor with cooling fans. We went around 8/830ish so wasn’t that bad but I can only imagine how hot it’ is, sitting around lunchtime 12-3pm. Service was ordering at counter and wait for your name to be called out. Although there were enough spots to park, but I’m sure it fills up during busy time

Unique burger joint in the city! Situated underneath the highway it’s a cool spot to grab a burger. The staff were very nice and offered recommendations on items on the menu. I ordered a single burger with American cheese and all the toppings and fries and a soft drink. Fries were great. Only that 1 or 2 fries were somewhat cold. The burger was a solid 9/10. Very fresh and delicious taste. Was a bit on the smaller side for price you paid. For single patty + fries + soft drink I paid around $18. All in all I recommend checking out Bubbas for their unique ambiance and good food. I’ll have to come back to order the onion rings and try the hot dog.

Homemade Chili was amazing! Chili fries were great! Burgers...... Not so much. Took a huge bite of what looked like an amazing burger and something was off. Took another and my mouth was filled with some great textures and flavors, yet something was still....... Not great. Tasted the burger patty by itself and there it was. Their patties seem pre made, straight from the freezer, saving some money kind of flavor. None, the patty was flavourless. The rest of it was really good. My Son had noticed the same flavor sensation with his burger. Everything but the burgers were top notch though.

Houston burger with the bison patty is genuinely the best burger ive ever had, and im a big burger enthusiast. My buddy got the patty melt on texas toast, immediately after his first bit he tells me were coming back here for lunch next week. Definitely recommend, new favorite spot west side🔥🔥🔥

Got a double cheese burger, with jalapeño potatoe salad and cup of chili. Burger was massive, but equally delicious. Everything was fantastic and very fairly priced. Highly recommended.
