Whether I dine in or hit the drive thru, I get excellence service at this in-n-out. The staff are so friendly, the drive thru moves pretty fast even when wrapped around into the other mall restaurants. Sometimes there isn't any parking in the lot and so people park at those nearby places. The inside can be kind of chaotic -- just bustling with loud patrons, kids, and orders being called. I prefer to take my burgers to go. It's always cooked to order.

First timer here, and overall I had mixed feelings about this place. The cheeseburger was honestly good and ended up being the best part of the meal. The burger tasted fresh, flavorful, and well cooked. The meat was juicy, the toppings tasted fresh, and everything came together really well. If I was rating the burger alone, I would definitely come back for that. I also tried the pink lemonade, which was decent. It had a nice balance to it and wasn’t overly sweet or too sour like some places tend to make it. Nothing too special, but it paired well with the meal and was refreshing. Unfortunately, the cheese fries were a huge disappointment. They came out cold, and the cheese looked like it had been sitting there for a while. It was dried out, hardened, and honestly pretty disgusting. Instead of being hot and cheesy, the fries tasted stale and unappetizing. It completely threw off the experience because it felt like they had been sitting too long before being served. For the price, I definitely expected much better quality and freshness. The food overall was hit or miss for me. The cheeseburger saved the experience, but the cheese fries really brought the rating down. I’d probably come back for the burger, but I would definitely skip the fries next time for sure. The drive-thru line was bagged up. Took longer than expected for fast food.

You really can’t beat the consistency here. I stopped by for a quick meal and, as usual, the ingredients tasted incredibly fresh. The Double-Double was hit the spot—perfectly toasted buns and crisp lettuce—and ordering it "Animal Style" is always the move if you want that extra flavor. Even with a massive line at the drive-thru, the staff moved through it with impressive speed and a great attitude. It’s easily one of the best values you can find for a high-quality burger. Always a reliable go-to!

Tried In-N-Out Burger for the first time and the burger itself was really good. I got a double cheeseburger and liked how simple and fresh it tasted. The round onion slice added a nice crunch and flavor. However, the experience was honestly overwhelming. The drive-thru line was insanely long, and inside was just as crowded, loud, and chaotic. There were no tables available, so it wasn’t enjoyable to dine in. Even trying to take it to-go wouldn’t have helped because the drive-thru line was just as bad. Food was good, but the overall experience made it hard to fully enjoy. Not sure if I’d go back unless it’s at a much less busy time. But from what I’ve heard it’s always packed.

I really enjoyed my visit! The burgers were absolutely delicious, juicy, flavorful, and made fresh. The vanilla milkshake was my favorite part of the meal; it was creamy, rich, and the perfect complement to the burger. The service was also excellent.
