We chose Darby Consulting to help us select our Learning Management System (LMS). With so many diverse opinions and preferences the selection process can be emotionally driven, bias, and overwhelming. Using a quantitative, data-driven method along with change management, Darby Consulting was able to involve a greater number of people in the process, navigate the team through rating and comparison of each LMS, and objective evaluation and selection of the LMS. As a result, that was a greater sense of ownership in the decision and higher adoption of the new LMS.
