I've worked with EAG for many years and across multiple employers, and they've consistently been a trusted partner. They've helped with everything from revenue processing and system upgrades to data conversions during acquisitions, and they've always been knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to work with. Most recently, they helped us implement a new electronic filing solution and used AI tools to help clean up our data, making a complex project much more manageable. We are so impressed with the level and quality of support received from the EAG team. EAG helps us with high-level IT managed services, annual pen testing and security audits, and projects related to AI and automation. EAG assisted me with a major system implementation and migration over the last 7 months. It was a difficult and complex project. They were knowledgeable and helpful to get through multiple obstacles for the project to be a success. Specifically, Ron Cawthon is a fantastic data analyst/engineer.
