Hate to even write this because I actually like the food here, but the service on 4/22 really threw me off. I ordered the fish salad and it was nothing like how it usually comes. Normally it has lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, egg, and croutons, but this time it was basically just some lettuce thrown in a box with a piece of fish. Definitely not what I paid for. At this point it’s not even about the taste of the food anymore, it’s the inconsistency and lack of care. I used to enjoy coming here, but lately the service has been hit or miss, and this experience didn’t help. Hopefully this gets handled better moving forward.

I’ve had two experiences at 7spice crawfish. While the first experience was decent my second experience really just overrode my previous experience. First of all I ordered 2 pounds of garlic butter crawfish with extra garlic butter and no sides. Instead I received a bag of crawfish that was 2 pounds with 2 potato and corn that was not even seasoned with a single drop of butter, and on top of that I was charged for 7 spice butter on the side. When I mentioned to the cashier I was told oh its only 50 cents for the 7 spice butter. But when I asked for garlic butter I was charged for it. I don’t even understand why I should be charged for garlic butter when I didn’t receive any to begin with let alone any extra. Yes the 7 spice butter is 50 cents but its the principle. I’m so frustrated. This place is so close and so cheap but that experience was honestly not okay. Also the AI voice ordering is a serious issue. I can’t even talk to a normal person as an option. Ugh 7 spice crawfish you let me down.
Excellent service from Brandy. She was very pleasant, patient, and helpful compared to others I’ve experienced at this location. While I was there as the only customer, I observed her taking the initiative to ask two elderly customers one of whom was walking with a cane if they needed assistance getting inside. It’s rare to see that level of attentiveness and care these days. Brandy really stands out and sets a great example of what good customer service should look like.
