Came here for my mom’s bday! Had to the best time! Our server Cre was amazing.. she was patient with us. And was great at helping us choose the best drinks! Everything came in a timely manner. 10/10 food and drinks! Thanks!

Came at 10pm on Friday after our family’s graduation ceremony, was met by some of the kindest hospitality we have ever had, service was above and beyond, and the food was delicious!!! Definitely worth the visit for sure! We are from Austin but we will find a way to come back soon!!

First time coming here, and I’ll definitely be back again! My girlfriend and I came in for the 5 lbs of crawfish for $30 deal on Wednesdays and it did not disappoint. We also tried the fried fish with 3 fried shrimp lunch special and it was delicious. I enjoyed the cornmeal style breading on the fish; the tartar sauce and cocktail sauce were perfect matches. The service was excellent. Our server Quanesha P was friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, and hospitable. She provided us with samples of the crawfish so we could try each flavor before deciding the flavor of the 5 lbs. I thought this was especially helpful in providing for an excellent experience. TLDR;; 10/10 would come back again. Quanesha P is the best. Food was great.

If I could give Tee 0 stars for making us laugh too much, I probably would. We came in pretty late, so naturally I expected that look of, “Really? You picked now?” Instead, Tee somehow managed to make us feel like we were the first table of the day. He “did a terrible job” of making us feel like we were bothering the staff… by constantly checking on us, keeping our drinks full, making us laugh, and never once making us feel rushed. Honestly, the guy was the worst… at giving bad service. Every time I thought he’d finally slip up, he’d do something else that reminded us why great servers make all the difference. BB’s Tex-Orleans is lucky to have him. If you’re there and Tee is your server, you’re in for an awesome experience. Thanks for turning what could have been an awkward late-night meal into one of the best dining experiences we’ve had. We’ll definitely be back! ❤️ Also - can we talk about Candace and how amazing she was? We won’t change the focus off of Tee, but she deserves some credit as the manager and this is what she’s getting. Thanks for leading a great late night team! And Evette.. while she can’t serve drinks after 1:40am, she sure as hell did make us feel like she wanted to all night and gave us all the positive energy until we left at 3am.

Kristen made my first experience with BB'S Tex-Orleans magnificent. Because of her energy, taste and temperature of the food, I'll definitely be back. The crawfish was seasoned too perfection and my catfish and shrimp was delish! I will be coming back. (Pardon the picture, I had already started eating!)
