One of the best spots in the vicinity, I really enjoyed my experience here. We ordered loaded pollo bullets and live crawfish with tex Orleans spice, both of which were incredibly delicious with a rich Cajun flavor. The spice of the crawfish was perfect for my taste. I thoroughly savored my meal and will definitely return to try their other dishes as well. The ambiance is lovely, with a cozy patio that adds to the overall experience. John, our server, was exceptionally kind, attentive, and helpful. I was thoroughly impressed with the service, food, and ambiance.

Mother's day dinner was amazing. If your looking for an authentic Louisiana restaurant, look no further. The food and service is outstanding. The employees are extremely atentative, we had a group of 10+ people and we had no issues at all. On top of how awesome it was trying our first crawfish meal the food is extremely affordable! You must go to BBs and have a great time. Ask for Tangela, shes the best!

My daughter and I sat at the galleria mall for a while debating on places we wanted to eat. We stumbled across BB Tex - Orleans . The pictures online looked really good. The prices looked great, so we decided to check it out. DK our server was amazing! Instead of just asking him what we should try, he ordered everything for us and his choices were on point! Because we’re from Washington state, I got 16 ounces of their crawfish seasoning to go! I’m gonna freeze it and take it home on the airplane tomorrow, it was that good! I wish we had Found this restaurant sooner. If we had, we would’ve definitely came back multiple times. The only issue we may have had was, we’re unsure whether or not this is a black owned restaurant. When we were googling places to eat, we were searching only black owned restaurants in the Galleria area. So, if anybody makes it in do us a favor and ask for us. And leave a comment in here because the food was so good we forgot to ask.

LISTENNNNNNN Babyyy ya’ll gotta come check out Miss. Kandice, at BB’s Tex-Orleans! She is a true rockstar! The food and drinks are top-tier, but her customer service is what will keep this place thriving! I had the crawfish and snow crab legs! 😍😍😍 They are not too spicy but just perfect! Request, Mrs. Kandice she is truly the BEST!

Worst crawfish/ they’re dead crawfish. This is the Richmond location. I’ve tried giving them to-go chances and eating in person. It is so horrible. Save yourself money and go somewhere else. I ordered 5lbs (in person) of crawfish and it looked like 3lbs and they gave me corn and potatoes that I did not asked for. Let me tell you, mostly dead crawfish this on 4/24/26). I simply wanted 5 lbs of crawfish. They try to bamboozle you with corns and potatoes to throw you off that they give not the pounds you asked for. I usually end up taking to-go cause I drink a lot when I’m there but this time I could hardly finish one lb. Today, it was just simply aweful and even asked the server and I guess, the manager of this is really 5lbs. The heights is the best location but once again, I go here (Richmond location) because it’s so convenient. Now that this is the 4th time they’ve done this BS with bad crawfish, I would never go here again to this location. Just go to Chinatown and save yourself the disappointment. Better drive far than to waste money on dead crawfish. Terrible location. Fooled me once, shame on me, fooled me twice, I guess shame on the location; fooled me the 3rd time, I’m just a dumbass to even try this place again. Absolutely horrible!!!!!! I basically got 2-3 (dead crawfish) lbs of crawfish on the platter that I ordered 5 lbs for. Inexcusable (mind you it only looked like I ordered 2-3 lbs) and asked them if they’re sure this is my food…that’s how bad it was. And I simply just let them take it to the trash, paid, and leave.
