You order first then sit. Drink and everything is self serve. The chicken lafayette was very very good and good portion. Dirty rice tasted amazing too. Gumbo was kinda salty and bland just tasted like tomatos. Crawfish etouffee was good but too much sauce and not enough meat or rice. Highly recommend and would come again.
Ok so like, I’ve always thought boudreaux was weak because of an experience I had about 10 years ago with one in spring. Wrote them off. My friend keeps going let’s go get boudreaux so i finally caved. Yo. When I say that food was sooooooo good im upset with myself for cutting them off for all this time. Everything was soooooo good. And i’m upset that I didn’t get the sweet blonde young ladies name at the counter but she was so attentive, all her recommendations smacked and she took care of us! highly recommend.
OMG THE EXPERIENCE HERE WAS HOOOOME AND ENERGETIC FEEL GOOD FROM THE DOOR TO THE REGISTER! It was certainly anl contagious positive vibe to celebrate Mother's Day! This was our 1st time here to celebrate and everything was amazing!!!
It's been quite a while since we've eaten at Boudreaux's. We remembered the great food and today was more of the same. My wife got a bowl of shrimp gumbo which she loved...it was slightly smaller than a #10 washtub...it was big. She also enjoyed some fried green tomatos which I helped her with, got a few spoons of her gumbo too. We sample everything. I enjoyed a cup of seafood gumbo and a 10 count fried butterflied shrimp platter. this also came wit' french fries dusted wit' Cajun seasonings. Both of us enjoyed a piece of skillet toast that came with our food. Did we order too much? Yes, but we made a valiant effort....we'd come back for more goodies.
Best service and food! Ask for the homemade honey lime vinegarette dressing for your salad! Amazing! Love the Pasta Jambalaya also! Shrimp and sausage. Don't miss this restaurants cajun flavor. They also have lots of comfy booths, windows and libations!
