4/11/2026: Great experience! Nick took wonderful care of us. The restaurant has plenty of parking near the entrance. The interior is Mardi Gras/New Orleans themed. There are several types of seating available. They have a large patio - one section covered, one section open. They also have bar seating inside, regular chairs/table seating, and chair with a half booth seating. We were welcome by many of the staff immediately when we entered. Very welcoming. They have sweet tea! I love sweet tea. :) My Friend had a Bloody Mary. They had a $5 special for drinks. We split the Buffalo shrimp and the Gulf Wedge salad. The Buffalo shrimp (8 to an order) came with celery and ranch for dipping. They were just like I remembered years ago from the Richmond location. I'm not usually a Buffalo sauce type person, but their shrimp with their sauce is the bomb! The shrimp are large, so the entree is great for splitting. The Gulf Wedge has crab meat, bacon, grape tomatoes, and a hardboiled egg. It also comes with red onion and blue cheese crumbs, but I do not like either of those, so I had those removed from my half. I also prefer ranch dressing instead of blue cheese dressing. The salad was a great addition to our shrimp. Very tasty and filling. Nick was happy to make the substitutions for me. Many restaurants have an issue with splitting dishes. I was happy RC, via Nick, did this for us. For these reasons, Nick made out with a 25% tip. I am always a 20% tipper, but good service will get you even more. Thanks, Nick! We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch, and we will not only be back, but we will tell others to go see you!

First off, Brendy is the bee’s knees! This place is absolutely amazing. The gumbo is always delicious, and I love that they offer both char-grilled and raw oysters on the happy hour menu such a great deal! You have to check out the daily specials too they’re always worth it. While I was there, the owner was on-site and was such a genuinely nice, cool dude. You can tell they really care about the food and the experience. The patio is spacious and perfect for enjoying the weather, while the inside has a warm, cozy atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. Great food, great vibes, and an all-around fantastic experience every time. I’ll definitely keep coming back!

I visited this location on a Friday night around 7:30. The building looks brand new and is very nice inside. My party and I were able to seat ourselves and greeted by a very nice waitress. The place was pretty empty when we sat down. We ordered and more people started coming in. Everything tasted great, and for the amount of food we ordered, it got to our table quickly. We had crab legs, gumbo, sausage, shrimp and even a kid's spaghetti and meatball dish. It was all great and the prices were about what you would expect. As I said the waitress was great. Very nice and attentive. She did let us know that the kitchen was closing at 9, which I thought was a bit early for a Friday. Sure enough there were a few people coming in and being told the kitchen was closing so they turned around. A missed opportunity, but something to think about when planning your visit here. I enjoyed my time here, but it is a shame more people don't know about this location. While people showed up after we were seated, it wasn't ever crowded, which was good for us but can't be good for the business. Maybe things pick up on the weekends.
