My experience has been AMAZING! A few of my coworkers has purchased from them already and I seen Eddy’s post on Facebook Marketplace. I inboxed him asking questions he laid everything out so my process was smooth and easy. They are very kind and welcoming from the test drive to passing the keys over it has by far been the best customer service experience I’ve encountered. The way I’ve been treated is the definition and great example of we take care of our people! The car is nice, clean and drives smooth, they even have great perks for being a buyer including free oil changes! Thank you Eddy and Rick so much for everything.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough good things about my experience with 3B Auto. After visiting multiple dealerships and feeling discouraged, this was the first place where I truly felt heard, respected, and valued as a customer. From the beginning, everyone was incredibly patient with me. They took the time to answer all of my questions, explain everything clearly, and work with my financial situation instead of making me feel pressured or judged. At no point did I feel rushed into making a decision or pushed toward a vehicle that wasn’t right for me. They genuinely listened to what I needed and did everything they could to help. What stood out the most was the level of customer service. The entire process felt peaceful, honest, and respectful. Buying a car can be stressful, especially when you’re facing financial challenges, but they made the experience feel manageable and comfortable. Their professionalism and kindness meant a lot to me.
