hello to everyone across the world just wanted to inform you on Amazon autos and the Unexperienced employees that work for this So-called company there are plenty of reasons why you should not shop at this specific location for one they don’t believe in deferments when someone is falling on hard times they don’t care about your mental well-being, physical well-being. Anything could happen it’s life if you are a weak behind not even a week maybe days these guys will harass you constantly Especially the woman by the name of Sanguanna This person is very rude to customers. She doesn’t know how to carry her self when it comes to being professional at her title Anna she lack of communication George has been fired and rehired. These people are all stubborn.these guys don’t care what you’re going through. All they care about is being on time with their money so for the future references, I advise you to stay far away from this place. I am from California And I’ve never witnessed such lack of everything that they do I wouldn’t even rate them one star I got a car from these guys Three months ago, and it was the worst mistake I’ve ever made The cars they have are not up-to-date. they are crappy.. I guarantee you you’re gonna have problem after the problem with their cars. There were so many things wrong with my vehicle internal parts by the motor I had to keep going back up there so they can work on it. it took them a while to get the job done because they didn’t have a mechanic at the time. What type of service is that? I would not recommend no one to get a vehicle from here. Everything is disarray unorganized when there’s a problem with your vehicle it takes them forever to fix it but when they want their money, they call you nonstop.

Okay so my cousin was in the market for a car, and I remembered Amazon Autos. I purchased my vehicle from them in 2016. I’m still driving the car til this day 10 years later. They worked with me and my situation when I came in, and I just knew that they would do the same for my cousin. Ana, and SanJuana got all the paperwork started for me with terms that I could afford and still have a life. If you’re in the market for a reliable vehicle stop by and view the inventory. I had such a great experience at Amazon Autos, and I especially want to recognize Sanjuana, the Assistant Operations Manager. She was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She made everything feel smooth and organized, and she took the time to answer all of my questions with patience and honesty.
