Couldn't be more pleased with my experience at Auto Icon. Sal was phenomenal from my first inquiry through the entire process. He provided top tier service, answered every question, and went above and beyond to meet my needs. Even after the sale, his support has continued to be just as helpful and responsive. This level of care was especially important since I purchased the vehicle remotely from about four hours away and wasn’t able to visit in person due to personal obligations. Sal made the entire process seamless and as easy as anyone could ask for. The van itself exceeded my expectations and is a perfect fit for my family. It’s easy to see why Auto Icon is so highly rated. They are well managed and have a great team. Alonzo and Eddie were friendly and helpful in the office, and Brandon and Andrew were outstanding in helping me unload the seats from my U Haul. Car buying can often feel stressful and high pressure, but that was not my experience here. Auto Icon stands out in the auto sales market. My experience at Auto Icon was very disappointing. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was poor. The staff lacked the knowledge and professionalism I expected when shopping for a vehicle. Many of my questions were not answered clearly, and I never felt that they were genuinely interested in helping me. They wasted my time, and communication throughout the process was very poor. As a customer, I expected honesty, professionalism, and better guidance, but unfortunately, I received none of that. I would not recommend Auto Icon to anyone looking to buy a car. They need to significantly improve their customer service and better train their staff. Overall, it was a very negative experience.
