My experience at Auto Icon was very disappointing. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was poor. The staff lacked the knowledge and professionalism I expected when shopping for a vehicle. Many of my questions were not answered clearly, and I never felt that they were genuinely interested in helping me. They wasted my time, and communication throughout the process was very poor. As a customer, I expected honesty, professionalism, and better guidance, but unfortunately, I received none of that. I would not recommend Auto Icon to anyone looking to buy a car. They need to significantly improve their customer service and better train their staff. Overall, it was a very negative experience.

Eddie.B helped me get my first sprinter van. Great guy very informational. Worked hard to get me in it. I appreciate it Eddie. The owner aswell. Extremely transparent and fair. These guys are confident of their product. Yall pray I make a killing $$$ with it! 😆 🤣
