Excellent customer service. I wanted to buy a rust free truck in the south and found exactly what I was looking for. Eddie responded to all of my questions promptly and in detail. Additionally, I live in a very remote part of the country and Eddie did a great job working with transport companies to get the truck delivered as close as possible while keeping me updated the whole time. Overall, it was a very smooth process and Eddie kept me updated and involved in the process from start to finish.
I’ll try to be brief-I’m old. At 61 yrs this concept of buying a vehicle, sight unseen, through the internet was something I could not accommodate mentally. I searched Eddie and AMC trucks and found some info but not enough. I went back and forth with him and he offered all the assurances he could, but in the end, I couldn’t pull the trigger. Fast forward 2 days and I have arrived in Texas having flown from North Carolina. Eddie picked me up at the airport, answered every question, was very transparent and he delivered exactly what he offered. The truck I bought was exactly the truck I had videos of. I do not hesitate to endorse AMC Trucks. I will encourage any family member I have to buy from him. And if he offers shipping, take him up on it.
You can tell Eddie truly cares about his customers and stands behind what he sells. The quality of the trucks and the level of service here are top-notch. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great truck and an even better buying experience!
Buying used vehicles can be difficult. AMC made it painless. I looked at two different vehicles he had. The first one wasn’t the right fit. He had another F150 that was exactly what I was looking for. The paperwork was easy and hassle free. I highly recommend buying from Auto Market Credit.
Oh my GOODNESS! I found this truck on eBay and worried I would be scammed if I were to buy this truck. I asked a bunch of questions and received courteous replies every time! I had the truck inspected to see if they would find some discrepancy from the ad - nope the inspector told me it was identical to the ad. So…. I bought it. My banker was a bit hesitant until I told them about the inspection so they called Eddie and got all the information required in just 1 call. Eddie sent me a picture the next day showing the truck loaded on the carrier ready to go. 2 days later I am driving this BEAUTIFUL truck SPOTLESSLY CLEAN - and exactly as promised - I looked for hidden damage, faulty lights - torn seats - SOMETHING to disappoint but the truck EXCEEDED my best expectations! Thank you - if you are wanting a vehicle that does what the ad says - buy from these guys.
