First, I was oversold on the vehicle at a very high price and locked into a 17.5% interest rate, which I now realize was excessive. As a buyer, I trusted that I was being treated fairly, but looking back, I clearly was not. Even more concerning, the dealership failed to provide me with the original keys to the vehicle. I only discovered this recently when my key fob battery died and I was completely unable to unlock the car. When I tried to use the emergency physical key inside the fob to unlock the car, I found out it was just a blank key and did not work at all. That means I was never given a properly cut emergency key for my own vehicle. This is basic, essential information that should have been disclosed at the time of sale. Not providing original, functional keys is careless at best and dishonest at worst. I would not recommend anyone purchase a vehicle from this dealership. Make sure you verify everything carefully, including that you are receiving fully functional, original keys. I learned a valuable lesson the hard way. Shame on them for conducting business this way. Compré un Hyundai Santa Fe 2020 en diciembre de 2024 y fue una muy mala experiencia. Me vendieron el carro a un precio excesivo con una tasa de interés de 17.5%. Además, nunca me entregaron las llaves originales; cuando se descargó la batería del control, descubrí que la llave física de emergencia era una llave en blanco y no funcionaba. Muy poco profesional y nada transparente. No recomiendo comprar aquí.

Mr. Orlando Urbina was an excellent sales rep agent. He took us step by step in the process & his customer service was outstanding. My brother in law was very pleased with his performance in person. I highly recommend Mr. Urbina for next time you come to buy your dream car.
