EchoPark is the place to go for a vehicle! We were helped by Paulina and she made the process seemless from the very beginning. We initially had come on a Saturday may 9th 2026. We were only looking around just to get a feel for different vehicles since we are expanding our family and needed a bigger more spacious vehicle instead of the race car we were in. Paulina never pressured us or was overbearing with any step. She was very attentive, sweet and friendly. She explained how they worked and warranties they offered and also showed us the vehicle we requested to see. Since we were just looking we decided to think on it and possibly go back later. We visited other places but NO ONE matched the hospitality or the welcoming vibes as they did here. Finally we decided we were just going to make the jump we got back in contact with Paulina and we were back Monday may 11th. We ended up walking with a better and newer vehicle that we anticipated. We are very pleased with our new purchase and will definitely be coming back for a second car. ALL THE REVIEWS ARE SPOT ON WITH HOW AMAZING EVERYONE IS HERE!!!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience working with Darrell! He helped me get my first car and made the entire process easy and stress-free. He answered all of my questions, addressed every concern I had, and did everything he could to get my payment where I wanted it. I never felt pressured into making a decision. Darrell was professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about helping me. He even went the extra mile by making sure my car had gas when the dealership’s gas pumps were down. That kind of customer service really stood out to me. I worked with 2 of EchoParks best people through the 3 days(not Ken or Gil's fault)of my car purchase!! Gil and Ken were very patient with me.
