Mr. Carlos was my rep and I honestly have no complaints with my experience purchasing my vehicle. I came in yesterday and expressed what I was interested in to now today picking up my vehicle with the plates and everything included. Praying my new vehicle holds up for me by the good grace of God!!
This was one of the worst car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. The staff was rude, and the vehicle was sold to me with existing issues that were never properly fixed. I was unable to test drive the car before purchasing because they did not have the key available at the time. The lock button and air conditioning still do not work, despite being told those issues would be repaired. I also waited in the office for four hours just for them to remove the lock from my tire, when they were supposed to be fixing the door and AC problems. To make matters worse, my salesperson was fired before I even completed the purchase process. Overall, the experience was very unprofessional and disappointing. I would strongly recommend saving your money and looking elsewhere for a vehicle.
Absolutely awesome. Chris and Carlos gave me VIP treatment. They actually got me into a great vehicle in spite of my low credit score and low down payment. Many car dealerships advertise that they help with difficult to finance situations, but Fredy Auto delivered. Rush, run, hurry in and secure your used vehicle. And tell them that I sent you.
Purchased a vehicle from them two months ago only for the transmission to start slipping, mind you that they were informed of the issue they had a tow truck to come get the vehicle only for them to try and keep the vehicle. No waiver was signed , but you still want payments for a vehicle that I have no idea where it is. That’s bad for business .
I am a client of Fredy Kia. I recommend anyone to come and check put their nice vehicles and good prices. Franisco and Nat have been very respectful and down to earth and so are all the other employees that work there. I drove of in a nice 2013 Honda. Come check it out and see for yourself!
