Carlos was amazing to work with! We reached out to him on Tuesday, and by Thursday he had us in a new car. We were completely transparent about our situation, and he worked with our credit to help make it happen. The entire process was smooth, stress-free, and much faster than we expected. What impressed us most was his honesty. It’s not every day that someone tells you there’s nothing wrong with a used car and that actually turns out to be true. The car is perfect, exactly as described, and we’ve been extremely happy with it. Carlos was professional, trustworthy, and genuinely cared about helping us find the right vehicle.
