The easiest car buying process I have ever experienced. Shane Sims was extremely helpful and accommodating. Completely straightforward process which is crazy as I was purchasing from another part of the state! I cannot recommend this dealership enough!! By far the best customer service I’ve received at a dealership before! There’s not a question this guys have not answered, they have gone above and beyond. Highly satisfied customer! Very highly recommended, my vehicle had to be shipped to me and this guys worked their magic to get I delivered in no time, I wanted to have extra service done to my vehicle and this gentleman offered to do it for me without any hesitation. Could not believe the quality of service this team offered me, once again, it’s the best dealership I’ve dealt with!! Very, very highly Recommended!!!

My husband and I was in doubt if we can finance another vehicle but our great sales man Sammy, made it happen without negative feedback. Great Customer Service and Josh Avila was a great Salesperson. I went to 3 different car dealerships prior to going to Houston Car Direct. They work very well with you to get your deal done at a reasonable price. They also have a nice selection of cars but I knew what I wanted already. I recommend Houston Car Direct very very good service 10 out of 10!!

Visited here back in October to explore my options on purchasing a vehicle. I street parked and took a look around their lot to see vehicles they had to offer and was met by a salesman upon looking at the vehicles. I told him what I was looking for (mid to high-end vehicles) and was told to come in to take a look at numbers and my options. Filled out a credit app, and shortly after was told that my best options wouldn’t be a luxury vehicle but rather something economy like a Hyundai Kona that they had on the lot which is what I was not looking for, and even if I were to get that specific vehicle, that I’d need a couple thousand dollars down to get it done. I ended up leaving and finding another dealer that got approved for my vehicle of choice for 0 down with the same circumstances.
