We have found the best dealership and sales people at Mak Haik pre-owned!!! We had been to so many other dealerships and run into lies and very pushy folks. Then we came here. Elias was so amazing!!!! His main concern the entire time was if we loved the car. And we found the perfect car, made an offer based on our budget and the deal was a success! Elias has a way of making you feel comfortable and not rushed or pushed into a deal you don't want. I have never met a car sales man like him. I seriously felt like we were in a small town where everyone knew each other. Folks like Elias and the manager Pedro are the exception in the industry. They are exactly who you want to help you because honestly service and relationship are their leading characteristics. So if you are looking please reach out to him. You will not be sorry!

So we purchased from Angel LEE about two weeks ago, and I had such a great experience! From start to finish, his communication was excellent. He was extremely patient, professional, and never made us feel rushed. We had all three of our kids with us, which can definitely make the car-buying process a little more challenging, but he went above and beyond to accommodate our family and make the entire experience as smooth and comfortable as possible. Angel LEE was attentive to our needs, answered all of our questions, and truly made us feel valued as customers. I really appreciate the level of customer service he provided and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a helpful, patient, and professional salesman. It’s only 5 stars recently because they’re full of people that drove out of the dealership with a car and is excited about that. This dealership is not good at all. Had to replace a whole engine on my car because it went bad, previous owner didn’t take care of the car maintenance at all and also car is known for engine blowouts and they still sell cars that’s been called in for recalls with out informing anybody. I asked the sales man if anything was wrong with the car and he said no. I would’ve been 17 grands in the hole if I didn’t have the $4,500 to replace the engine to my car. I decided to look at their reviews and dig deeper and it’s multiple people that had the same exact problem explaining how much they owe. They are literally putting people in debt and robbing people by selling them unreliable cars. They had to tow a car to another dealership to get looked at because the jeep wouldn’t start. They had an Audi I was interested in and didn’t even bother to fix the meter where it shows when the gas is full or empty they just told me the estimate it mite be to fix it. It’s a mess. I can go on but I’d rather call this a lesson learned. Btw I was only 2 months in my Hyundai when the coolant tank started to leak on me. That is all the way bad business. Anyway best regards to whoever decide to shop for their cars here. I hope your experience isn’t like mines and the multiple other people in these reviews

Oh man no words can describe how I feel after getting my vehicle the same day, Oscar, & breidy and the other guys were very helpful & understanding, if you needed help they are the ones to help you out. They won’t let you leave without a vehicle. Definitely recommend it.
