So we purchased from Angel LEE about two weeks ago, and I had such a great experience! From start to finish, his communication was excellent. He was extremely patient, professional, and never made us feel rushed. We had all three of our kids with us, which can definitely make the car-buying process a little more challenging, but he went above and beyond to accommodate our family and make the entire experience as smooth and comfortable as possible. Angel LEE was attentive to our needs, answered all of our questions, and truly made us feel valued as customers. I really appreciate the level of customer service he provided and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a helpful, patient, and professional salesman. Thank you again for making our experience such a positive one!

The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel pressured. They helped me find the perfect vehicle for my needs and made sure I felt confident with my purchase. We have found the best dealership and sales people at Mak Haik pre-owned!!! We had been to so many other dealerships and run into lies and very pushy folks. Then we came here. Elias was so amazing!!!! His main concern the entire time was if we loved the car. And we found the perfect car, made an offer based on our budget and the deal was a success! Elias has a way of making you feel comfortable and not rushed or pushed into a deal you don't want. I have never met a car sales man like him. I seriously felt like we were in a small town where everyone knew each other. Folks like Elias and the manager Pedro are the exception in the industry. They are exactly who you want to help you because honestly service and relationship are their leading characteristics. So if you are looking please reach out to him. You will not be sorry!

OSCAR GUERRERO was absolutely top-notch! He helped my family find the perfect vehicle for my wife, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We had a long list of specific requests and a few non-negotiables, but Oscar was patient, responsive, and committed to helping us find exactly what we were looking for. From answering our questions to searching for the right vehicle, he was there every step of the way. When we finally found the perfect one, Oscar made the entire process—from the test drive to signing the paperwork—smooth and stress-free. We drove off the lot in our new family vehicle feeling excited and incredibly grateful for all of Oscar's hard work. We will absolutely be reaching out to him again when it's time for our next vehicle. If you're looking for someone who truly cares about finding the right fit, we highly recommend Oscar!
