I was in need of a vehicle and saw a good fit on the website. I came by and after a short time discussing details and a quick test drive, I was on my way with no issues. Zuri was very courteous and explained everything very well, and the cars being displayed are in very good condition and every time I come by I see at least a car or two being maintained. Highly recommend if you want 0 fuss used vehicles.

Motors On Wheels =10/10 I found my van online on CarGurus. I had actually been preparing to purchase a different van when this one appeared in my search at the last minute. After comparing vehicles all over Texas and online, this was by far one of the best values I found. I called on a Friday to see if the van was still available, and the team immediately helped me obtain the buyer's order and sales agreement so I could send everything to my credit union. I used my own financing, and my credit union reviewed the paperwork the very next day and told me to go get my van. When I arrived, Zuri was my sales agent, and the entire experience was exactly what car buying should be. The vehicle was exactly as advertised online...clean & well-maintained, and ready to go. Honestly, I could have purchased it sight unseen because everything matched the description and photos perfectly. What stood out most was the customer service. Everyone was kind, patient, professional, and responsive. Even though it was raining Saturday, they made the process smooth and stress free. There was no pressure, no games, and no haggling, just straightforward business done the right way. The van drove great & was priced fairly. They handled the registration immediately, provided my metal plates the same day, and made the entire process so easy that it felt like I walked in, signed a few papers, and drove away. I've never bought from a used car dealership lot. I've always going to either the dealership or Car Max. I anticipated them giving me a hard time trying to raise the price or push me into buying a higher priced vehicle. They didn't. This was easily a 10/10 experience. They've earned my trust and my review. I'll be back when it's time for another vehicle.
