I wouldn’t give this place a rating if my life depended on them but I’m forced to submit a star to submit review. I would give this place 0 stars. Please do not come get a car from here I repeat DO NOT GET A CAR FROM SHABANA MOTORS THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM THEY HAVE PRETTY BODIES THEY ARE SELLING LEMONS YOU WILL HAVE PROBLEMS AS SOON AS YOU LEAVE OFF THE LOT🗣️the radio advertise this place like it’s the best place in the world. Shawn she may be helpful but only helpful to get you in a piece of junk they prey on people with credit issues with high interest rates and providing lemons . I had to switch my car 3 times because it was all bad . Honeywell shop is a joke they are not real mechanics they throwing the cars together and saying it’s ready. They don’t truly inspect these cars they just throwing on the lot and collecting funds. First car was a dodge journey they was faithfully trying to get rid of those like candy, then a Mazda had transmission problems, the last car I got was a Buick I didn’t have issues until they did that kill switch with out communicating and denied they did Tracy the finance manager tried to play stupid after I had arrangements she is a good liar ever since they killed all my sensors , battery, and engine. I’m glad I recorded her because I thought it was just a battery issue and was going to replace my starter or alternator . Whole time they did it . My sensors and lights was coming on left and right .Soon My car started running hot water was then going from my reservoir into my engine. I was having car problems back to back paying my note to end up without a car. Couldn’t even take my car on the free way or out of town because it kept saying idle engine running hot my dash was lit like a Christmas tree. I replaced thermostat , 5 to 6 sensors, throttle body, battery just so much maintenance after that kill switch . Having to rent cars to go out of town this is ridiculous.Even right before I got my own full coverage they still tried to rip me off by adding theirs. They insurance only covers the vehicle not you or anyone else. This place is a certified joke and please just go to an real certified top dealership get something worth paying for that will be reliable and have a warranty that will not just last a short period then boom car problems. I was pay 681 for a 2016 for so long they was pocketing . All that money spent on Ubers, triple AAA service repairs , because if these piece of junk car and company. I told them please come get this piece of junk out my yard ASAP.the car is not drive-able I was stuck in the middle of the road with my baby if they try to sale you this car do not get it the engine gone!!!!!!!!!!

We purchased a vehicle here Thursday with T. My wife has been searching for a Jeep for a while but a certain make and model. She stumbled upon them and asked if we could try. We drove three hours from Austin and it was the best decision we made. T was great, there was no pressure and everyone is extremely chill and outgoing. The car was clean inside and out and felt almost new. The office is nice, spacious and personalized. Being from Austin we did have to put a little more down, but I get it. You have to protect your business and anything that can go wrong. Luckily they were upfront about that from when I called them Wednesday so I had already planned for that. Overall, it was a good experience and friendly staff. We get bi weekly payments which is better than monthly so its not all at once. I'll be getting a truck there once my car is paid off. They have two customers for life in us due to just how we were treated and how the process was.

I bought a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee December of 2025 and a 3 months in I started noticing an electric problems with my car. My liftgate stopped opening, service shifter problem with my gears and my AC broke at the worst possible season. I kept going to back to their service department to get it fixed but it keeps breaking that same week. It is way too hot for this. I can’t control the electric problems from happening but it’s not fair that I have to keep paying to not have anything fixed. To tell me to come down but not doing their parts is frustrating.

I had an amazing experience getting my Honda Odyssey from Shabana Motors. Mrs. Shawn was friendly, honest, and genuinely helpful from the start. Mohammad was beyond incredible — patient, understanding, and truly worked with me to make sure I got the best car for my family. I never felt rushed or pressured, and most importantly, I felt heard and seen throughout the entire process. I drove off confident, happy, and grateful.
