Everything went smooth here today. No wolves upon my arrival. Showed me the car without pressure and let me investigate as I needed. Then, we got the financing set up and completed everything within a few hours. No complaints, and I feel good about my deal. Nice rides on the property! Come see them for your next car purchase!

⚠️ DO NOT BUY FROM UPTOWN MOTOR CARS. BUYER BEWARE. ⚠️ I purchased a 2013 BMW X3 from Uptown Motor Cars in November 2025. Before buying it, I specifically asked whether the vehicle still had its original parts and whether any diagnostic trouble codes had been cleared to hide problems. I was assured everything was original and that no codes had been deleted. Based on my experience, those assurances proved to be completely unreliable. Within 24 hours of driving the vehicle off the lot, the check engine light came on, and the BMW went into drivetrain malfunction, making it unsafe to drive. When I later brought the vehicle to a BMW dealership for an outstanding recall that had never been completed, their inspection found it needed new spark plugs, ignition coils, and windshield wipers—around $2,000 in repairs. Unfortunately, that was only the beginning. The problems continued even after those repairs. I spent thousands more replacing additional parts while trying to diagnose the ongoing issues. Eventually, the real problem turned out to be a timing chain issue—a major and extremely expensive repair that no buyer expects to face immediately after purchasing a vehicle. The dealership's lack of follow-through didn't stop with the vehicle itself. I was told my registration sticker would arrive by mail within 60 days. That never happened. After about 3 months I had to return to the dealership just to pick it up myself. I also didn't receive the vehicle title until around three or four months after the purchase. This experience has cost me thousands of dollars, countless hours, and an incredible amount of frustration. In my opinion, Uptown Motor Cars showed little concern for the condition of the vehicle they sold or for taking care of their customer after the sale. If you're considering buying a vehicle from Uptown Motor Cars, do not rely solely on what you're told. Pay for a complete independent pre-purchase inspection, review the vehicle's history carefully, and be prepared to walk away if anything seems questionable. I wish I had. I regret buying from this dealership and cannot recommend them based on my experience.

I found the exact, specific make and model vehicle I had been looking for online, at Uptown Motor Cars, in Houston. I live in Montana. The vehicle was priced below what i thought it should be selling for. I called Kam to find out more. He walked me through the vehicle over FaceTime. Later that week I told him I’d like to fly down to look at the vehicle, and purchase if everything checked out. By that time, Kam had realized he had a gem and increased the price, however he said he would honor the original price I had called about if I could make it down within the week. I did, and the vehicle was every bit of what I’d hoped for. I purchased the vehicle and drove it nearly 2000 miles back to Montana the next day, with no issues. Kam called me during my trip back make sure everything was going well. Great service, reliable, and a guy who keeps his word. All you can ask for in a dealership. I appreciate Kam and his team tremendously and would recommend them to anyone looking for a great place to buy their next vehicle.
