I honestly don’t believe this is a car detailing shop. I’m an AF veteran and I also do Uber a whole lot. I get my car cleaned A LOT while traveling and the price I paid for getting my car detailed, I’m just .. shocked. I had High expectations for the Heights area.. I get my car washed and detailed for $40 with tip in east end (no carpet wash). I’ve had my car washed, detailed, and carpet cleaned for $100 off 290. The young man was courteous but, he’s not trained to clean car. My baby’s car seat wasn’t removed to clean the seat. I contacted this business because I mostly needed mold removed. I swiped the carpet when it was ready with my finger and I felt the thickness and smelled the mold. Spraying it and scrubbing is something I was doing all week since Tuesday. When there’s mold involved it has to be steamed. This business doesn’t have a steamer. I should’ve waited for today to drop off where I usually go to get the carpet and seats deeply cleaned for $50. 😢

What a great new car wash in the heights! They’ll even come to you too! The waterless concept is awesome and cleans really well - my SUV looks shiny each and every time after James and the team works on my car Their communication is effective and I appreciate how timely they are with everything! I highly recommend No-H2O, you’ll be amazed with the results!

I am very unhappy with the way my car turned out after purchasing the $500 package with this company. There were still marks and literal dirt on the outside + wax residue on the hood, and several areas on the inside were not even touched. When my husband tried calling them and texting them they did not respond. Horrific, don’t go here!

Incredible job done here! My car was a mess when I came in and they worked quick to get her shining again. Thorough, friendly, and fast service. I also appreciate that this company doesn’t use copious amount of water unlike other company. 10/10 would recommend!

The quality of work here is equivalent to asking your kid sibling/niece/nephew to vacuum/clean out your car for $20 except i paid $180 for my car interior to still be dusty/grimey. The floor mats look fine but they didnt bother cleaning under the seats or within any crevices. I am disappointed and will not be back.
