E1 Auto Spa is probably one of my favorite places to go to in Houston if im being completely honest. I have been coming here since the day that they opened and everything has always been positive. If there was ever an issue it was corrected right away to make sure I left happy. I recently got my car re-coated due to the ceramic coating wearing down a little bit earlier than expected. I had pretty high expectations of what I was wanting and they easily exceeded those. Chris and the whole team are knowledgable, friendly, customer focused and attentive to any needs that I might have. (I usually have a decent amount) My PPF that I got done a few years ago is still holding up very strong and have zero complains about it. It was something that I wish I would have got done earlier along with tinting the front windshield to help cut down on the Houston heat in the summer time. Pricing has always been very reasonable considering the quality of work you get is nothing less than stellar. They have always treated my GLI as if it was a GT3 or M4 CS. There are quite a few detailing places on Shephard within a few mile proximity, but I will always choose E1 Auto Spa. ...Oh, and the entry and exit is flat and as smooth as butter. Great for a low car like myself.

E1 Auto Spa did an absolutely amazing job on my MX-5! 🚗✨ Katy made the estimate process easy. Dee welcomed me with her shiny and fun self. Chris definitely lives up to the hype - he rocks!! Huge thanks to Sammy for the PPF work and Ms. Anahi for the polish and ceramic coating—the car looks incredible. You can really tell this team takes pride in what they do. The attention to detail and overall experience was top-notch.

Chris and his team at E1 did a phenomenal job protecting my vehicle with Paint Protection Film (PPF). Giving the best price across Houston for XPEL Stealth film. Wrapped it seamlessly and informing me of every step throughout the very quick turnaround it took (4-5 days). The vehicle was protected in their workshop and they ensured detailed craftsmanship and went above and beyond for me.

The team at E1 were welcoming and helpful from the moment I called, making sure I got the right services for my truck. Their shop was clean, organized, and professional. I had a paint correction, ceramic coating, and tint done, and my truck came out looking brand new! I couldn’t be happier with the result! Chris, Dee, Sammy, and Rashad are the real deal. From the original install of the Stealth Black XPEL wrap and ceramic coating on my 2025 Audi RS Q8 Performance to a few follow-up repairs on rock chip damage and other small fixes along the way, this team has consistently shown up with strong communication, quick turnarounds, and beautiful work. The car looks stunning every time it leaves the shop. They take real pride in what they do and it shows in the details. Five stars without hesitation.
