First time . Recommended by a friend . Office clerk professional. Decent price but after I made it clear that my car is brand new and this would be the first Wash that I needed someone to do a very good hand wash I proceeded to see outdoor staff scrubbing my car with the brush, leaving the soap all over the top of my car and walking away after waiting a little bit and nobody was rinsing the car. I told him I needed that soap to come off or was gonna stick and the guy responded with the water couldn’t drain onto the floor. We’re outside it cement where else does he expect the water to drain when I see that a place says hand Car Wash I expect a hand Car Wash not brushes that are going to scratch the paint again. This is a brand new car and I was specific if you can’t do the job let the customer know and by all means don’t respond sarcastically in inappropriately to a customer I cannot recommend this place unfortunately. I instructed the office clerk not to have the inside touched, but he said the wash included a vacuum and window cleaning the car had a few little things to vacuum and that is still in the car. I never saw them vacuum staff needs training and better customer service.
Fast and friendly is the best description for this place. My little Red Fiat gets a biweekly spa day here. It's hand washed, vacuumed and treated like it was worth a million bucks. Near by places to eat and shop.
Best car wash in town… it truly is the best bang for your buc. I spend $20 for a basic car wash, it gets the job done. You may have 1 spot 2 max but no one is perfect. My car looks good and the inside quick wipe down is complementary. They do have an interior clean you can purchase to get a better clean for the inside but that wipe down is all I need.
Just left here less than 30 mins ago and this is what my car looks like. I’ve been coming here for a few years but the service has been getting worse. Looks like all they did was run some water over it and pat it dry in some places. They say service comes with a vacuum but the vacuum definitely didn’t touch any of my interior. I told their main guy outside about the issues all he did was take a wet cloth to wipe down area that were supposed to be “vacuumed”. I used to rave about this place- but I learned my lesson today.
DO NOT GO HERE. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. THEY HAVE A REPUTATION FOR DAMAGING PPLS VEHICLES ON PURPOSE AND STEALING VALUABLES. I went in immediately after having my vehicle inspected down the street, got gas, even had to bend down to reinstall the snapshot device from my insurance company, so I had many chances of inspecting my driver's side car seat before taking it into them. After the wash, was about to get in my car to drive home, however, I find huge permanent marker stains all over my leather seats. When I told Mel, supposedly one of the owners about it, tries to deny it, accusing me of bringing my vehicle in that way?!!! Then he runs around wo saying a word, brings some clear liquid and starts aggressively cleaning my leather seat, when I asked him what he was putting on my leather seat, says the only thing that'll take off ink. He dried out the leather so much, it's irreparable, and the dealership is saying the leather of the seat needs replacement. I emailed Mel multiple times and sent him texts, but refuses to respond as if ignoring the situation is going to make it go away. From my understanding, and after reading the reviews, they have a reputation of ruining ppls vehicles. What's unacceptable is they did this on purpose. Took a permanent marker and marked all over my seat, than attempted to say I had brought my car in that way. If they did not damage my car why would Mel proactively refund my money immediately wo me even asking him to do so? See pix attached of the damage and refund.
