Lex, Oscar, and the team did a great job to eliminate STRONG cigarette smoke odor from my used Bentley Bentayga. I knew the issue before I bought it, but high-end cars like this have lots of leather, lots of plush carpet, and lots of open pore wood, all of which soaks up the soot and oils in cigarette smoke. Even the headliner is all leather! R3 is, I think, the only detail shop in town that knows how to handle this. It takes lots of time and patience. In theory, this is normally a three-day job, but in my case, it took SIX days because the team would not stop until there was no remaining smoke to detect. Good work, gents!
Very happy with the service! My car is 16 years old and the engine bay had never been cleaned. It was very dirty. Fortunately, Alex did an excellent job. He did an engine bay cleaning, and now the engine bay looks like new. definitely will go back to R3 auto detailing when my car needs a cleaning detail. Highly recommend!

5/5 would recommend. Lex and Oscar know what they’re doing, and work with your car where it’s at. Doing tint/2-stage/ceramic on a 25 year old Mercedes isn’t for everyone, and the team approached the job with respect and professionalism.
